Citizens requesting audience with the MRDT management must submit to the Registry Office an application from which it should result the problem for which they request audience and their identification data – surname and name, phone number and address.

People from the province coming to the ministry to request audience will be received on the respective day by the adviser responsible for organising audiences.

For emergency situations, application for audiences can be made by telephone to the numbers: 0372111403 or 0749196050, Monday to Friday, from 10.00 to 14.00.

WARNING!
Persons having received a written or verbal answer, following the audience at the MRDT, cannot be granted another audience on the same matter.

The duration of an audience will not exceed 30 minutes, except for special situations.
