PROGRAMME OF BUILDING EMERGENCY HOUSING UNITS CARRIED OUT THROUGH CNI

Purpose: Mitigating the seismic risk in multi-storey housing blocks in Bucharest municipality presenting a public danger, by providing accommodation for the persons evacuated from the housing units to be retrofitted.

Objective: This programme aims at finalising the works on two investment objectives, Housing Blocks nos. 107 and 108, Natiunilor Unite Square.

Implementing authority: The Ministry of Regional Development and Housing, through the National Investment Company “CNI” SA.

Beneficiaries: The Romanian state, through the Local Public Authority, population.

Financing sources: Financing sources in accordance with the Law on the State budget for 2007 no. 486/2006

Duration and development stages: The works were finalised
